Congratulations to our 2026 St. Sarkis Church scholarship winners! The mission of the St. Sarkis Scholarship program is to support our youth in achieving their educational goals and prepare the next generation of Armenian church and community leaders.
For 2026, St. Sarkis offered three distinct scholarship opportunities for students matriculated in, or accepted to, an undergraduate program at an accredited US college/university.
St. Sarkis gives thanks to Mr. Karnig Alajajian, the Estate of Mrs. Mary Arslanian, and Mr. Ara Barsamian, who generously donate funding each year in support of these scholarship awards.
This year’s recipients are as follows:
- Karnig Alajajian Scholarship Award winners are Mr. Alex Demirdjan and Mr. Gregory Keshishian
- Mary Arlanian Memorial Scholarship Award are Miss Anais Bardzbanian and Mr. Hovsep Terterian
- Ara Barsamian Scholarship Award is Miss Nectar Mouradian
- The St. Sarkis Board of Trustees Scholarship Award winners are Mr. Vahan Gostanian and Miss Rita Wanessian
