On Saturday, May 31, a group of our enthusiastic Salt and Light members led by Mrs. Janet Tutuyan and Mrs. Seta Megherian, visited the students at St. Mary's Children's Hospital. At our arrival the group first stopped in the chapel where we prayed and spoke about the importance of their mission that day. We then went on to meet our amazing students for the day, who had been waiting for us to arrive all morning. Our energetic and loving members created art projects, played games, sang and danced with the students. There was great excitement and joy brought on by our Salt and Light members. We look forward to visiting again soon and we are incredibly proud of our youth who take these initiatives to help others.
Matthew 5:16 is a favorite of mine..."let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven".
