On a crisp Wednesday morning our lovely Sages got together in a beautifully decorated Pagoumian hall, decorated with cheerful pumpkins, leaves and candles. They were very happy to see their friends and enjoy time together while sipping freshly brewed coffee and enjoyed some delicious desserts.
After coffee hour, it was time to play their favorite game of Bingo. All of the participants won, nice little gift and were delighted.
At noon, after a prayer with Deacon Zaven Varjabedian, they were ready to enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by our lovely Zepiur Ardzivian and Yn. Annie Terterian, and followed by coffee, and delicious rice pudding made by Katia Tavitian and some fruits.
Then, our Sages had a special treat today by a well known guitarists Stuart Marcus, who played famous songs by Frank Sinatra, Elvis Presley, Kenny Rogers and The Platters. The artist was sponsored by Dr. & Mrs. Hagop & Hilda Gorgissian, in memory of their beloved mother Mrs. Rosette Gorgissian (who was active member of the senior group at St. Sarkis until she moved to Montreal in 2003.) It was a memorable event filled with warmth and hospitality.
We look forward to seeing everyone on our next gathering on November 19, and enjoy time together.
Blessings to all.
