The Good Friday service marked the commemoration of the burial of Jesus Christ. This year, for the first time, the ceremony concluded with a procession through the neighborhood, during which participants carried the symbolic coffin of Jesus, accompanied by handheld candles and flowers.
Following the service, Fr. Nareg offered a reflection, emphasizing that faith is not solely an intellectual or theological pursuit. He highlighted that faith can also be demonstrated through actions, such as participating in the procession, which symbolically represents walking with Jesus on His path to the cross, signifying His sacrifice and resurrection for our lives and beliefs.
