This past Saturday, November 1st, the St. Sarkis Suzanne and Hovsep Hagopian Saturday School’s PTA hosted its annual Fall Festival for the children and their families. As usual, this event did not disappoint the crowd. The PTA worked hard to create a fun filled afternoon for all. There were crafts for the children to be creative. There was a fun DJ that not only played music but entertained the children with musical games and, of course, there was delicious food to enjoy. Mediterranean falafel bowls were on the menu, and this healthy option was well received by all. The general store was busy with some homemade favorites, and the number one best seller was the candied apples. The kids went crazy for these wonderful autumn treats. The afternoon ended with drawing the winners of the raffle prizes. We thank all the attendees for participating in the PTA’s first event of the school year and thank our PTA parents for devoting their time, energy and resources to make it a success.
