Remembering Anthony
New York and the sports world lost the legendary photographer Anthony Causi. He died on Easter Sunday (April 12, 2020) of coronavirus at age 48. Media outlets praised Anthony’s kindness, creativity, professionalism, and generosity.
The community of St. Sarkis church knew Anthony on a personal level as he became part of it through marriage. Anthony J Causi And Romina Araxi Seferian were married on June 15, 2012, at St. Sarkis Church. Anthony and Romina and their children would attend church services and religious observations at St. Sarkis Church. Anthony’s humble and kind personality made it very easy to become friends with him instantly.
We prayed for Anthony’s recovery but God had different plans for him. As the Christian world celebrated the Resurrection of the Lord, Anthony went to be with the Lord. We pray for the repose of his soul and we pray for his wife Romina, his children Johnny and Mia and everyone who loved him.
We share with you some great photographs that Anthony Causi took of our church during one of his visits.
Rest in Peace my dear friend.
